• As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

• Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff.

• Planning, controlling inventory, and ensuring optimal operational costs.

• Coordinating with other departments to maintain food and service quality.

• Reporting kitchen performance to management.

📌 JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma in Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef/Restaurant Manager.

Skills:

• Ability to manage kitchen staff, plan, and supervise tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices according to Australian standards.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidates with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry in Australia.
